well i am sole user of the account and when i checked i didnt have the admin access how do i get it please help. i am the owner of that business account and sole user

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with unable to get admin access. May I please know if you have received any invoice or billing email for this subscription?

Also, if you have this account information, you can share with me as well. Usually at the bottom of the invoice email or the welcome email.
