Hi,
I'm living in Germany, Billing Address is correct DE.
My account held in € but any new ressource I preview is calculated in US$ instead of €.
Why?

It is not clear about what you are referring to. Where do you see the USD? What exactly are you doing when you see USD?
Appreciate if you could provide more details/screenshots of the UI you are referring to? -

I just want to create a resource and all prices are in US$ although my Currency is EUR and Billing country/region is DE.
