We are worried that you may have been charged because you did not completely turn off the automatic renewal function, resulting in the detection of your credit card and subscription information being deducted.

For the safety of your funds and account, we also recommend that you try to confirm the corresponding deduction information with your bank service provider first and help you block Microsoft and payment information from receiving the payment to avoid affecting your funds.
If you cannot view your subscription information yourself or are worried about errors when canceling, due to the limitations of Microsoft Community tools, we cannot directly query your account and help with refunds. We recommend that you try to contact chat support to confirm the subscription information and help you with refunds through the account details.
It requires verification of your Microsoft account email address/bank card, so it's a one-on-one communication window, and the open nature of the current community makes it inappropriate to handle this type of issue publicly. Below are some steps to contact chat support:

2.Type in your problems in the search box there.
3.Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
4.Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products
5.On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
6.Go to Confirm.
7.You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.
