Batching in Excel

When adding a new batch number to billing in excel, saves on the spread sheet, but does not save in the batch number list for when I search for specific batch numbers. It saved just fine until last week, but now it won't. Can't send off billing if I can't send by batch number. Any ideas?

    Could you share a screenshot of your issue? Is it possible to share a test file with some dummy data to reproduce your issue? Then I can help you correct it.
