Custom Date Occurrence within excel

Hello,
I am trying to change a colour of a cell with a date.
I have a completion date column that I would like to change colour, 30 days prior to the completion date entered.
The date occurrence option within conditional formatting does not give me the option for 30 days, and I am struggling to figure out the formula to do this, if at all possible.
any help would be much appreciated.
