    Dear Lisa MazziottaBN., Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.To further narrow down whether this phenomenon is related to the OneDrive app, I would like to confirm the following information:

    1. Whether you can access a SharePoint document library through a browser?
    2. Did you receive any prompts, and if so, could you take a screenshot and share it with me?
    3. Whether only the SharePoint document library could not be synced, and whether the other files in OneDrive could be synced successfully.
