    Dear Ammar Al-Harazi,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

I apologize for hearing that you're experiencing issues with your Microsoft Office 365 subscription. It can be frustrating to be charged for a renewal after you've already canceled your subscription.

This seems to be a problem caused by regular renewals that have not yet been turned off. Please be assured that you can get a refund for any errors as well as any subscriptions you don't need.

We recommend that you follow the steps below to contact online support that specializes in processing your subscription to get a refund. You can let online support help you turn off all recurring billing. (I have taken screenshots of the most important steps to make sure you do it correctly) You can choose to either chat with support one-on-one online or wait for, Have a support specialist call you back to help you get a refund:

As an agent of the forum, I do not have the authority to assist you in verifying the payment or account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for public sharing and communication. This would be left with Chat Support in a separate window:

And you can try to use your current account to get online chat support, and have relevant accounts and identification, such as email address/associated debit information, and so on.

     Contact Microsoft Support:

    1. Visit this site: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Enter your problems in the search bar there. (For example: refund.)
    3. Now click Get Help and select Contact Support below. Image
    4. Go to the Products and services tab and select either Microsoft 365 and the Office category
    5. On the Category tab, select Manage my subscription.
    6. Go to Verify.
    7. Choose to chat with a support agent or request a callback.
