Dynamic Chart not Working on Filter Array

I have an issue with regards to "Dynamic Chart not Working on Filter Array", same issue faced as Dynamic Chart not Working on Filter Array - Microsoft Community Hub. The old Discussion did not receive any resolution for more than a year, so I am opening up another thread. I am on Microsoft 365, my Excel Version is 2308, Build 16731.20810 (Updated on September 10, 2024). However, on Excel Version 16.89.1 (24091630) (Updated on September 17, 2024) on Mac, this feature can work.

May I know how I resolve this issue as I would need to use this feature.

If the problem is only with Excel Version is 2308, Build 16731.20810, that is a Windows version. There isn't much that Mac users can do. Although some of the responders here work both sides of the street it would be best to post in the appropriate Excel for Windows Community unless one of the moderators can move the thread for you. That would provide even more exposure specific to the Windows platform.

If you're on 2308 as the latest version available to you, that would suggest you are on the semi-annual enterprise channel, and I don't think (based on the features flyer) that it is released on that channel yet.

Could you share a test file to reproduce your issue?

For sharing file, you may upload it to OneDrive or any other cloud drive and then post the link here.

*Please make sure you have removed any sensitive or private information in the sample file before uploading.

Have you tried creating a povit table and a povit chart? Then you can filter on you povit table or filter directly on povit chart.
