Cannot log into Microsoft Project

I purchased a Microsoft Project subscription on 8/16/2024. I did not write down my log in information for this subscription. I just received a past due invoice for this subscription but cannot log in to pay it because I do not know my log in username, and I can't find a way to access it. I have both my original purchase order confirmation number as well as the past due invoice number to help track down my account, but I need Microsoft's help locating my log in information. My log in doesn't seem tied to my business email address despite the fact that's where I've been receiving correspondence/invoices from Microsoft. Please help. Thank you.

    Hi Jessica Lidh,

Good day! hope you are doing well.

Yes, you can directly call our Microsoft billing team. They should be able to assist you since you have the original purchase order confirmation number.

You can find the phone number for your region or country in this article: Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

I don't know who the system admin is, and no one at my company knows. We do not have a business subscription. I'm not exactly sure how I signed up for this subscription, but I'm guessing I did it in error. Is it possible I am the admin and don't know it? Is there a way to submit a support ticket asking for this information WITHOUT logging in?

    Dear Jessica Lidh,

Good day! hope you are doing well.

Unfortunately, our forum team does not have access to the necessary resources to check this for you. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that you create a support ticket with Microsoft Support directly by following the steps provided in this link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If you are not an admin, you can contact your admin to contact Microsoft support. You can look for the way to find your admin through this link: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to resolve the problem and for redirecting you to the relevant support team. I regret any inconvenience this may cause. The fix to your concern can be identified through the backend, and I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the appropriate team will assist you.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,
