The BITS service failed to start. Error 0x80070017 Windows Server 2012 R2

Question

Hello Everyone,

I was stuck on one issue from the past 2 weeks. I was not able to start the BITS service in Windows Server 2012 R2. While reviewing event viewers logs found error 0x80070017.
Tried multiple troubleshooting followed the MS KB articles but no luck. Can anyone help me with it.Attaching error snapshots also for quick reference.

I'd try
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup

Please follow this link to restart the bits and then confirm whether the issue stays. Note that we must run the BITS service as Local System user account. We could also follow this link to repair a corrupted BITS configuration.
