Excel browser version opening error

Whenever I try to open certain Excel files, which are saved to SharePoint, in browser, I get the following error: "The file you selected cannot be opened because of an internal limit that has been exceeded in one of the drawing objects."

I can't figure out what could be the cause of this error. I've made a copy of the file and started deleting the sheets one by one, and at this point the file contains one blank sheet that I've created recently. However, I still get the same error when trying to open the file in the browser.

This suggests to me that the error isn't caused by the contents of the file but by something else.
Normally, I'd ignore it and just open it in the app, but I've noticed that some Power Automate actions, that work fine otherwise, also fail for such files.

Any ideas on what could be the cause of this?
