    As per the description, it seems like Excel and Word can't be launched correctly as it shows the error message. In this situation, as it is happening across various Office apps, please try this official tool to let Office repair automatically: About the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant - Microsoft Support

    If the issue persists, from the search, the error indicates there have some system conflict with Office apps and please create a new user profile to check if Word and Excel can be launched correctly there: Manage user accounts in Windows - Microsoft Support
