API not receiving binaryData and while attaching the binaryData receiving error not implemented : unary op blobtotext

api not accepting the binarydata and receiving the not implemented : unary op to blobtext issue . Is there any way to handle this error

here it is my body ,

in normal postman or ui call , it accepts binary file ,

so , I have converted files to binary then I tried to attach the same into body

Content-Disposition: form-data; name="files"; filename="${fileName}"

Content-Type: application/pdf

${BinaryData}
