Wrong credit card

My reoccurring plan was charged to a wrong account. Is there anything I can do to have it refunded and then charged to the correct credit card?

    Review your MS Account, if needed billing> Help to edit bank details

    The bank/cc details will be those provided on initial Purchase

    If the sub was taken from the wrong bank/cc that is an inernal matter of you, that doesnt qualify for any refund from MS
