I understand that your OneDrive is unable to sync between your devices.
By unable to sync, do you mean that from a certain time, files uploaded to OneDrive cannot be synced to other devices? Or are some of the files not syncing with different devices?
Is your account type a personal or business account?
Are you uploading files on OneDrive on your computer and then not seeing OneDrive updates in other devices?
You try the reset OneDrive method on the device that can't be synced to see if that solves the problem.
