    Dear Sedric,

Greetings!! Good day and thank you for posting this in our forum.

As per your description, you cannot add the "Upload File" option to a newly created form while using Microsoft Forms.

I would like to suggest checking in the form's settings if "Who can fill out this form" option is Anyone can respond

If yes, "Upload File" option is not available. You may switch to “Only people in my organization can respond” or “Specific people in my organization can respond” and then check if you can use "Upload File" option.

As shown below in the screenshot:

I would also like to recommend checking the official article below:

Please note that my first response may not resolve your current situation immediately. But, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a specific guidance for your current query.

I appreciate your cooperation and valuable time.

    Greetings!

I've came across a similar issue, where I can't find any "Upload file" option, and when following the instructions it doesn't appear any "Who can fill out this form" option as well

    Dear Sedric,

Thank you for the reply and sorry for late reply because I was on leave plus the “Thanksgiving” holidays.

I appreciate that you have provided us with the screenshot.

In such scenario, I would like to ask some few questions to narrow down the issue:

    1. Which type of account are you using to logged in into Microsoft Forms? Is it your personal or business account?
    2. Are you facing the same issue when creating a different form too?

I appreciate your cooperation and valuable time.

    Dear Gabriel,

If you are facing the same issue, then I would like to ask some few questions like:

    1. Which type of account are you using to logged in into Microsoft Forms? Is it your personal or business account?
    2. Are you facing the same issue when creating a different form too?

I appreciate your cooperation and valuable time.
