Hi All

I got an email from ___@___.___

I have not placed this order and reaching Microsoft to discuss this topic has been a very difficult task. The phone number which is registered does work, its keep asking do you wish to buy new product.

i don't know if this scam or real . as of now i don't see any charge in credit card, so i don't know how to resolve this. can anyone help

Hi, this is what other users see when you post a full email address: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Try double clicking on the email to open it offline>File>Properties>Internet Headers (have look in there to see if there are any suspicious email addresses.
