Recently I have bought a lenovo LOQ laptop and signed in using my Microsoft account. But unfortunately, I couldn't use the Microsoft services like Word, excel etc. While opening these apps, it showing it is not activated. When pressing the activate icon, it leads to a purchase window. How it is possible. It's new laptop with fully licensed software. But I am not getting the service's. Kindly help
