Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on ***************. For the past three days, we have been unable to send external outbound emails. Your support agent has been informing us that the team is working on it, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

The delay from the backend team is impacting our operations, and we would greatly appreciate any updates on the status of this matter.
