    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

    I understand you are having problems with the “No From text/csv option on Excel tab”, what version of Excel do you have?

    Then File - Options - Customize Ribbon, select All on the left, find that option, then New Group on the right - then Add, can you add it that way?
