Fix problem

Nothing I do can stop the error message and preventing me from either printing a document or saving as a pdf. Fix this please, I have completed my document and have a major event on in a week which requires print outs and pdf of the file...I am very disappointed in Microsoft Publisher and am considering to going to a competitor

    I understand that you are unable to print or save documents as PDF using Publisher.

    We understand your concerns. But we need more details to better identify the problem:

    Can you print and save documents as PDFs normally in other Office applications such as Word and Excel?

    What is the problem that you are unable to print documents? Try another printer to see if you can print successfully.

    Follow the steps in this support article to install the latest printer driver and see if the problem works.

    What is the problem that you are unable to save documents as PDF? Try another device to print or save documents as PDF.
