I ordered a new keyboard on October 1. I was charged for it, then it was never delivered. Then they cancelled my order without a refund. I can't not get the help I need through any phone service. The chatbot forcede to pay two dollars to speak to.a technical support, then they tried to charge me 66$ dollars. I needed this keyboard two weeks ago. This is absolutely awful and unlawful. Please fix this problem.

    You have posted to the O365/Office group, but your problem appears to be a problem connected to a HW purchase from some unknown source, maybe the MS Store?
