A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data.
Hi, Rana Sahib
Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them in the community.
It looks like you are experiencing a problem with dates being converted to Chinese characters when creating charts. This can be caused by language settings or character encoding issues. You can try the following steps to resolve this issue:
Check the language settings:
Go to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Region and Language.
Make sure your formatting is set to English (or your preferred language).
Change the cell formatting:
Right-click on the cell containing the date.
Select Set cell format.
In the Region drop-down menu, select the location you want and then select the appropriate date format.
Check for special characters:
Sometimes special characters or hidden formatting can cause problems. Try deleting the problematic cell and re-entering the date.
I hope the above information can help you. Feel free to send a message if you need further help.
Best wishes
