Microsoft Forms Confirmation

Question

Hi I completed a form (id below) for a class, and I have completed 2 others before this. I never received a confirmation for any of them. The specific id (below) I would like you all to show me proof I have done this form, because I did the form but it just doesn't seem to have saved nor send a confirmation. If you could help me out please that would be great

As per your description, honestly you get Microsoft Form confirmation, when owner of Microsoft Form creator turn on the settings page of Microsoft Form such as "Allow receipt of responses after submission" and for save submitted response when owner check the option "Allow respondents to save their submission"(image below for your reference).

Since you mentioned, "never received a confirmation for any of them" it seems that the owner/creator of Microsoft Form turn off the above settings from owner side.

If you want to get confirmation, you may contact owner/creator of Microsoft Form to turn on the above mentioned settings, then you are able to get confirmation and save submitted response as well.

Also, If you submit your response, I believe the owner will received your response under the "Response" tab of Microsoft Form.
