Additional question for switch plans

Additional question: if I switch to business plan, how can I transfer all data to my business plan, do I need to keep both of them?

Hi Karen.Greene101,

As per the description, it seems like you are trying to migrate from Microsoft 365 personal subscription to Microsoft 365 Business subscription. If so, since business plan will require to sign up for a brand-new Microsoft 365 work account, which is different from the Microsoft personal account, you can transfer your current OneDrive files and other data to your new work account or you can choose copy to keep using on both sides at your preference.
