Dear e42514

Have a nice day! Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community. We will be happy to help you!

First of all, we regret for the inconvenience caused to your work. Based on your description, I have a general understanding of your question, about this error information: UserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedError, there is some possibility that your account has not been assigned the Exchange Online license, so that you could not access Bookings, please contact your tenant admin to confirm whether your account is licensed correctly. For your reference: Add users and assign licenses in Microsoft 365 - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn **** If the account is licensed correctly, please kindly note that the license needs some period to replicate, sometimes it will take up to 72 hours to replicate in the system, so if it's a new created mailbox, please kindly wait for some period and try accessing it to check the result, thanks.

Note: If you are not sure who is your admin, please kindly refer to: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

In addition, if you still need further help or I misunderstood your meaning, please kndly correct me and give me more details so that I can do more research and tests, thanks.

Thank you in advance for your understanding. Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. I wish you all the best!

Honest
