Problems with Microsoft 365 Developer Program

After more than 60 days since I canceled the Microsoft 365 Developer Program package, I re-registered for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program and received a welcome email and successfully registered. But when I log back in, it still says it was deleted.

    Hi,
    I am having a problem with sandbox subscription :  Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription.For details about Developer Program member benefits, see the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ.Can you tell me what makes me qualified for sandbox subscription, because I really need it to use Power platform?

    I wish I could handle your problem, however, it is more suitable for publishing on Microsoft Learn, more users post these issues there, you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.
