How do I get a document back that disappeared? I saved it and it is blank.

    I understand that you saved your file, but when you open it, it goes blank.

    Due to the limited information I have learned, I am unable to provide you with accurate advice. In order to better understand and solve your problem, I need to confirm some information with you:

    1. What type of document are you losing? Is it a Word, Excel or Powerpoint file?
    2. You save and open the file becomes blank, is the content of your document all lost? Did you encounter an error message?
    3. I noticed you posted the thread in the iPhone or iPad section, did you save the file on your device or in OneDrive?
    4. Does this issue occur for all documents you save? Do you try creating a new document and see if the same issue occurs.
