I understand that you saved your file, but when you open it, it goes blank.
Due to the limited information I have learned, I am unable to provide you with accurate advice. In order to better understand and solve your problem, I need to confirm some information with you:
- What type of document are you losing? Is it a Word, Excel or Powerpoint file?
- You save and open the file becomes blank, is the content of your document all lost? Did you encounter an error message?
- I noticed you posted the thread in the iPhone or iPad section, did you save the file on your device or in OneDrive?
- Does this issue occur for all documents you save? Do you try creating a new document and see if the same issue occurs.
