Does Microsoft Loop have functionality to view all the tasks assigned to me?

I am assigned tasks across various different components within Microsoft loop and I want to see a consolidated view of all my tasks in one place.

I tried googling the same and I received answer stating that a ‘My Tasks’ section is available on the sidebar of Microsoft Loop. I have attached the screenshot for reference. However, the section isn’t available on Loop for my organization.

Here is the written response in case the picture doesn’t load properly:

If a person is assigned tasks across various different components within

Microsoft Loop, and they want to see a consolidated view of all their tasks in one place, they can utllize the 'My Tasks" section within the Loop app, which provides a centralized dashboard where all assigned tasks from different components are displayed together, allowing them to manage their workload across all projects in a single location.

There was a similar post by Jean_Vald on Feb 6th, 2024: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-can-i-see-all-tasks-in-a-microsoft-loop/2ac00903-80f1-4bdc-ae85-df083abcda5b

Was the info I received while googling wrong? I have looked through multiple articles on the forum and have nothing about My Tasks section on the Microsoft Loop app.

Dear Anirudh Gajula, Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help youBased on my tests and surveys, I can insert Planner into the Loop page so that you can see all the tasks in Planner: Microsoft Planner integrations with Microsoft Loop - Microsoft Community Hub & Use the Planner component in Loop - Microsoft Support******Note:**The Planner component is only available if you have Planner (which is available for business and education accounts, but not for personal accounts).

    1. Sign in to the Planner app.
    2. Select a plan (if you don’t already have one, you’ll need to create a plan in Planner).
    3. Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar or select More(), then select Copy link to plan.

    1. Open the Loop app, select a page, then select CTRL + V  (or Command + V if you’re using a Mac®) to paste the link to your plan.

You can then give people access to the component so they can see it and edit it.I look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator

    Hi Tin,

Thank you for your prompt response! :) My organization uses Microsoft 365 Business Standard.

I have already tried the approach which involves integrating planner with Microsoft loop as component in itself.

However I would like to emphasize that I want to view all my tasks that were assigned in a task list component within Loop natively. I would like to avoid integration with Planner or ToDo for now because I often encounter synchronisation issues. Does the native functionality exist?

Dear Anirudh Gajula, **I want to view all my tasks that were assigned in a task list component within Loop natively.**I did my research and testing, and at the moment there is no direct feature in Loop that can show all the tasks assigned to you. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this phenomenon.I completely agree with you, this is indeed a great addition to the current functionality of Loop, thanks for pointing this out. Microsoft is constantly working to improve the functionality of its O365 products, and such suggestions are greatly appreciated. You can go to the feedback community to create a new entry or vote for it.Microsoft's development engineers constantly check user feedback in this forum, and it's the best platform to make suggestions to development engineers. I also think that your suggestions can improve the user experience, and I hope that these features will be developed soon.Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
