Customize full screen floating toolbar

I would like to be able to either "Zoom to 100%" while in full screen mode or to hide the sidebar listing pages while not in full screen mode.

I use OneNote for live lectures. I would like to have my full horizontal screen space devoted to notes, while being able to change pens and revert to a default zoom.

Is it possible to add this button to the full screen floating toolbar, or to create a hotkey for it?

Thanks,

NF

    Dear NF,

    Good day!!

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I am sorry to convey that there is no out of the box setting or feature in the OneNote app to either customize the floating toolbar in the Full Screen view or use the shortcut key to zoom to 100%, where need to manually click on the three dots at the top of Full Screen view and click on 100% at Zoom section of View tab.

I agree with you on having the ability to customize the floating toolbar in the Full Screen view or using the shortcut to zoom in the Full screen view of the OneNote app will benefit the users and I suggest you to add your valuable idea as feedback in the OneNote · Community (microsoft.com) which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft products.

In addition, I will keep this thread open so that OneNote MVPs and experts can share their ideas on this concern.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,
    Sophia
