hi, i have a problem when i want to add mendeley cite to my ms word using microsoft app source. Its always shows up
"Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in."
how am i gonna solve it? btw i'm using microsoft 365 from my university

Since the software is licensed to the university you'll need to contact their IT Support. Even if someone here might be able to explain it they can do nothing to resolve it.
