    Dear,Lebaal Lebaal

Thank you for getting back to me.

I understand how losing a crucial function like =IMAGE in Excel can be quite bothersome. It seems that this issue might be related to your license type.

Based on the screenshot you shared, it appears your Office version resembles Office 2021 Home and Business. Could you please verify if your Microsoft 365 license is properly activated? Additionally, check if there's an active subscription associated with your account. As per the official support documentation, the IMAGE function is supported in specific Excel versions only.

If you were previously able to use this function in Office Home and Business 2021, it might have been a temporary situation. This was addressed in a subsequent update to clarify the available features across different suites.

Additionally, you can continue to enjoy the benefits of this image function. By using <Excel for the web> and logging in with your personal account, you can enter the IMAGE function in the formula bar. After doing so, you have the option to save the file offline, allowing you to store your preferred images in your Excel spreadsheet more effectively.

    As shown in this picture:

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to respond. I'm looking forward to our continued communication.

    Warm regards,
