My checking account was charged on August 7, 2024 and my credit card was charged for the same thing (Microsoft 365) on March 2, 2024. I’m wondering if we somehow have 2 different accounts that no one is using that we may need to close, or if maybe one of them is in use. We may have gotten a subscription for our daughter in college so I want to be careful not to close the wrong one. Is it possible for you to tell if anyone is using these subscriptions and if so, who? There may be 2 or 3 different email addresses associated with the accounts, but I only have login information for the one I'm using to submit this ticket (which is a business account).
Let me know if you need the additional email addresses, our names, or anything else that would be helpful to resolve this issue.
