Urgent: exchange 2013 IIS crassh after installing ESET File security for windows server.

Hi all,
My server Windows server 2008 R2 , Exchange 2013 CU23 , after install ESET management agent and ESET File security for windows server 7.3 , I cannot access owa , ecp , powershell

New-PSSession : ex] Connecting to remote server idcexc003.itl.com failed with the following error  
message : WinRM cannot complete the operation. Verify that the specified computer name is valid, that the computer is  
accessible over the network, and that a firewall exception for the WinRM service is enabled and allows access from  
this computer. By default, the WinRM firewall exception for public profiles limits access to remote computers within  
the same local subnet. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

I removed ESET management agent and ESET File security from server, try to restart server , restart IIS but application pool cannot start

when I look ad IIS log
A listener channel for protocol 'http' in worker process '12764' serving application pool 'MSExchangePowerShellFrontEndAppPool' reported a listener channel failure. The data field contains the error number.
What should I do ?

  • remove IIS and reinstall IIS ?
  • remove virtual directory and recreate ?
  • uninstall CAS role and reinstall CAS role ?
    Please help me with solution detail and let me know if you need more information

    Can someone at Microsoft support call me ?
    I tried to purchase a support plan many times but not success
