    Dear Gavin_ Alethea Hubley

Thanks for raising your concerns in Microsoft Community.

We understand that you are having problems accessing Copilot Pro. To help you better, we need to confirm some information with you.

    • In which apps do you use Copilot Pro?
    • Inaccessible means no response after clicking, or an error message?
    • If there is an error message, can you take a screenshot and share it with us through a reply?

We can first check whether you have the subscription under your account. You can go to [Services and Subscriptions] **** to check whether there is a subscription information for Copilot Pro.

If the subscription is confirmed to be successful, check the Copilot icon in Microsoft Edge to see if it can be used.

If it is invalid, we still recommend that you share more specific information and interface screenshots with us.

I look forward to your reply.

    Best Regards,
