- During the trial, have you completed an eligibility verification wizard or, for manual verification, have you raised a support ticket?
- If you have raised a support ticket, please share the ticket number in a private message so we can review the ticket.

To view private messaging options> Sign in to the Microsoft Community, use the email account where you posted the information in this topic in the Microsoft Community, > click your profile picture in the upper-right corner, > select the My Profile option.
