Bogus email?

Received an email containing an invoice for USD 737.99 which they say they'll take from my account. I currently have an annual subscription to MS Office 365 which is paid up to date. I believe this invoice, which purports to 'review my grant status' is bogus and a scam. Can anyone confirm?

    1. Go to Confirmation.
    2. You can now select the option to chat with a support specialist on your web browser.
