HOW CAN I SET BACK MY OFFICE 2016 ON MY MAC???? I FILLED THE CODE AND THEN, NOTHING HAPPEN!

I never saw such an non intuitive help customer site , it's a shame.

THANK YOU

Ever tried contacting telephone customer service? I was under the impression that the permanent version of office was hardware bound. After the hardware and system changes the odds are that you will need to contact phone customer service to help you try to reactivate it.

    Dear MaximeDAUREL,

Hello! Welcome to the Microsoft Community. I'm glad to be able to assist you.

It looks like you are having issues with Office activation after reinstalling your Mac. I understand.

JJ-bone is right, after reinstalling, Office may think your hardware has changed. So there are activation issues.

You need to reactivate it by phone, see:

Activate Office using the Activation wizard - Microsoft Support

I hope the above content is helpful to you.

    Best Wishes
