Error message 0xc0000005

Question

I have started getting error code (Winword.exe and Excel.exe) 0xc0000005 whenver I try to open Word or Excel since my Microsoft 365 account was renewed about 10 days ago. I am unable to open any Word or Excel docments or edit them. I have shut down and restarted multiple times and also checked for updates and system indicates it is updated. Help!
