Using Test\DEV MECM from a MSDN Subscription

My employer has an active MSDN subscription. There is a copy a test\dev copy of 2403 MCM available. I plan to use this copy to setup MCM in our offline Test environment. Can that version of MCM be upgraded when the next version of MCM is released?

    Thanks for visiting Microsoft Community.  As well as I understand that you are having issues using the Authenticator.
