Thank you for posting in our community. From your description, it seems your OneDrive site might have been removed. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Try accessing OneDrive directly via this URL: https://...-my.sharepoint.com/personal/(mail)/.
- If that doesn’t work, add "1" at the end of the URL, like this: https://...-my.sharepoint.com/personal/(mail)1.
- Ask your IT team to check the site status using PowerShell commands: Get-SPOSite and Get-SPODeletedSite. They can restore the site with Restore-SPODeletedSite if it has been deleted.
- Ask your IT team to help remove and re-assign license for you. This normally triggers OneDrive site re-setup and your profile resetup.
