One drive logon problem

Jeg har for kort tid siden, en uges tid, mistet adgang til specifikt one drive.

Jeg kan sagtens logge ind på kontoen og benytte alle de andre funktioner, men jeg får en fejl når jeg forsøger at gå på onedrive. Fejlen er denne:

Der kan ikke oprettes forbindelse til denne side. Det ser ud til, at der kan være problemer med websiden på  https://...-my.sharepoint.com/personal/(mail)/_layouts/15/onedrive.aspx?&login_hint=(mail) eller den kan være flyttet permanent til en ny webadresse.

Hvad skal jeg gøre for igen at kunne komme på kontoens onedrive?

Hvis jeg benytter en anden konto kan jeg sagtens tilgå onedrive så jeg tror at fejlen ligger specifikt ved denne konto.

    Dear User,

    Thank you for posting in our community. From your description, it seems your OneDrive site might have been removed. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Try accessing OneDrive directly via this URL: https://...-my.sharepoint.com/personal/(mail)/.
    2. If that doesn’t work, add "1" at the end of the URL, like this: https://...-my.sharepoint.com/personal/(mail)1.
    3. Ask your IT team to check the site status using PowerShell commands: Get-SPOSite and Get-SPODeletedSite. They can restore the site with Restore-SPODeletedSite if it has been deleted.
    4. Ask your IT team to help remove and re-assign license for you. This normally triggers OneDrive site re-setup and your profile resetup.
