MS Forms

I am trying to utilise MS Forms to field daily reports from field teams, this report would contain a series of questions some answers would be simple set binary answers, other’s would require free text and multiple images to be inputted. These forms would be emailed/put in to a relevant teams channel for reference at a later date.

I have tried using Power Automate to create a form from the response’s submitted but unable to get the form presenting images. Will Windows be enabling MS Forms to enable this?
