Microsoft does not recognize that I have Microsoft 365 and I am not able to have tech support with my seriously flawed New Outlook. I'm getting pretty desperate with this state of affairs.

    • Which specific Microsoft 365 subscription do you have? Is it a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription or a Microsoft 365 Family subscription?
    • Log in to this website with the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription: Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions Can you see your Microsoft 365 subscription on the "Services & Subscriptions" page? If you can, please check if your subscription information (such as expiration date) is correct.
