- Where did you see the message saying "it did not recognize that you already have Microsoft 365"? Was it in the Office software? You might be encountering a recent hot issue. You can refer to this post: unlicensed product error appeas? - Microsoft Community.
- Please attach a screenshot of this error message so we can better understand the issue. To upload a picture, you can click this button in the reply box.
- Which specific Microsoft 365 subscription do you have? Is it a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription or a Microsoft 365 Family subscription?
- Log in to this website with the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription: Microsoft account | Services & subscriptions Can you see your Microsoft 365 subscription on the "Services & Subscriptions" page? If you can, please check if your subscription information (such as expiration date) is correct.
Additionally, for issues with Outlook (new), you might consider posting in the Outlook section.
