It is a recent purchase from a third party supplier who gave you the Key and a "Get Office link". Do you have any ideas?
Is this a recent purchase from some third party supplier who gave you the Key and a "Get Office link" or are you trying to reinstall a previous purchase? As if so and its not associated with an MS Account you need original install media
