Abusive Customer Support

Question

I was having trouble install Microsoft 365. I kept getting a customer rep in Indian. They could not figure it out with installing microsoft 365. They told me I had to buy another subscription to Microsoft 365. I knew this was not the answer and continued to call customer support.

I submitted another ticket and a Indian man called me back and said "Don't Fing call this number again" He also stated that he was going to "F" my mother again if I called. My daughter was in the car and heard the whole conversation and was horrified.

Who to I contact to file a complain? I have the number and time that this person called.

That wasnt MS you spoke with, I would guess you used Google to search for a contact

In the first instance did you buy direct from MS, as if you did it auto installs, with a progress window
