Adding contacts not working

I have a godaddy 365 email for my domain and my create new contact form/box will not pop up to let me add a contact anymore but it does work in my personal hotmail email account. Anyone know anything?

    Having the same issue with my account. Add new contact doesn't display anything. I importanted some contacts but can't edit them.

    We too are having this same problem. It started about a week ago. GoDaddy reports that this is a Microsoft problem and we must just wait until MS gets around to it. We too are a non-profit and this is a difficult situation for us,

    Hi there

    I am having the same problem with GoDaddy 365 - I have reached out to them but in the meantime:

    (1) Both Chrome and Explorer have been tried

    (2) Yes

    (3) Only Outlook Web App so far

    Thank you for your help! This is quite difficult to deal with for a non profit
