Hello. I need technical help with Outlook because it's refusing to open any pdfs but I have no way to contact MS tech support. I have a GoDaddy email. I can't access the microsoftadmin website. It boots me to GoDaddy. I don't even get a chance to input the onmicrosoft.com email. I can't send an email to the businessassist email either for a similar reason: it gets rejected because it says it doesn't recognize my email, which is the GoDaddy email. Please help!

    Dear TH8824

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I need to check with you whether you are using Outlook on the web/ Classic outlook for windows/ New outlook for windows/ Outlook for mac and then meet this scenario?

If you are using Classic outlook for windows, for this, please be kindly to try the suggestions bellow:

    1. Enable Attachment Preview: Sometimes, the attachment preview option might be disabled. To enable it, open Outlook, go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Attachment Handling, and check the box to enable attachment preview. For your reference: cannot open PDF attachments in outlook desktop - Microsoft Community.

    1. Repair Office Application: Repair your office application: You can refer to  Repair an Office application (microsoft.com) and then check the result.
    2. Create a new profile according to Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support.
    3. Un-install outlook and re-install it.

If you are using other clients, to better help you, please provide me the client you are using. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide.

About you're being redirected to GoDaddy, it seems like your email domain is managed by GoDaddy. Here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Direct Access: Instead of going through the usual Microsoft Admin URL, try accessing your admin portal directly via GoDaddy's interface. Go to GoDaddy's website and log in to your account. Look for options related to Office 365 or Microsoft 365.
    2. Contact GoDaddy Support: Since your email is managed by GoDaddy, their support team should be able to help you with accessing the Microsoft Admin portal. They can provide specific instructions or troubleshoot any issues on their end.

Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely

    Katherine
