SSRS report - hyperlink action increases export time by a lot

If I have a textbox with an action being set to an URL it increases the export (PDF or Word) time by a lot. without it it takes about 17 sec. but with it it would take about 22 sec. which is almost 30%. Can that be optimized?

    Hi @mark goldin ,
    I think it is reasonable to spend a few more seconds when you export a report with hyperlinks.
    If you don’t need to actually click on the hyperlink, you can try to disable the hyperlink,please refer to: Disable hyperlinks/javascript when exporting SSRS report.
