Re tech support. There were 37 people ahead of me for Chat support. On a Sunday evening. Wow! Why? And I'm paying an annual subscription for Microsoft 365?

    Hi,AndrewThe Author

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

We apologize for the long wait time to access Chat support on Sunday evenings.

This may be due to the fact that weekend evenings happen to be a peak time for users seeking technical support, and many people choose to deal with technical issues at this time, resulting in an increased demand for customer service. At the same time, the technical support team may be working on issues that involve remote or time-consuming access, which may also affect wait times for other users.

Understanding that long wait times can be inconvenient, you may try to contact Chat Support again at another time.

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type in your problems in the search box there. For instance, subscription/Tax invoices/refund, etc.
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below.
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category or Other Products
    5. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser.

Please Note: The Chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

In the meantime, while you're waiting, you can tell us about the specific problem you're experiencing here, and we'll do our best to provide you with technical support.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, wish you a happy life!
