    Hi, TKUU

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

If you have a Microsoft 365 work or school account, you can use the Record name settings. If you have a Microsoft account (Hotmail, Live, or Outlook.com), the Record name setting is not available, and your form is automatically set to collect responses without names recorded.

Set up your survey so names aren't recorded when collecting responses - Microsoft Support

I hope the above information can help you. Feel free to send a message if you need further help.

    Best wishes

    Hello,

I was not aware of the record name option from the last update and I would appreciate the name of my respondents so they don't have to repeat the answering process to a new poll. Could you please look into it? My work e-mail address is ******@emerson.com and my personal address is ******@gmail.com.

This is the link of the form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?prevorigin=Marketing&origin=NeoPortalPage&subpage=design&id=XZgG68oGF0qB2mKauZ9lBSQ1G12ku\_xEmPM0fPaDXstURUQ0U0NOVEUwSEZTS0Q3OU4wU0hJTjBGNy4u&analysis=true&tab=0

A CSV file with the name and the corresponding answer of the respondents would be appreciated!

Please get back as soon as possible,

    Many thanks,

    Cristina.
